INTRODUCTION Welcome to Employism (Company Edition). This course is one of the first of its kind in Australia developed and targeted at employers who plan to hire individuals with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or have employees with this condition in their workplace. It is designed to gain insight into how people with autism spectrum disorders and ASD difficulties being part of a team in a workplace.
