At KTALK, we are committed to providing high-quality courses that meet your learning needs. We understand that sometimes a course might not be what you expected. This policy outlines the conditions for exchanges and refunds for our courses.
Course Satisfaction & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with a course purchased from KTALK, you may be eligible for an exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange: You may exchange your course for another KTALK course of equal or lesser value if you notify us within 7 days of your purchase.
How to Request an Exchange: To request an exchange, please contact us via email at https://ktalk.au/#contact-us with the subject line “Course Exchange Request.” Please include your original order details and the name of the course you wish to exchange it for.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued under specific circumstances and require a “good reason.”
Good Reasons for Refund:
A refund may be considered for reasons such as:
Technical issues preventing access to the course that cannot be resolved by KTALK.
Misrepresentation of course content by KTALK.
Duplication of purchase.
Ineligible Reasons for Refund:
Refunds will generally NOT be issued for reasons such as:
Change of mind.
Lack of time to complete the course.
Dissatisfaction with personal learning outcomes (unless directly attributable to a failing on KTALK’s part as per “Good Reasons”).
How to Request a Refund:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
Email Purchases: For courses purchased online via email, please send your refund request to [https://ktalk.au/#contact-us/] with the subject line “Course Refund Request.”
Physical Purchases: For courses purchased physically, please post a letter only at PO BOX 940 MACLEOD VIC 3085 ONLY, explaining your reasons why you want a refund or an exchange or send an email to the address above.
Required Information for Refund Request: Please include the following information in your refund request:
Your full name
Contact information (email and phone number)
Original purchase date and method
Name of the course you wish to refund
A detailed explanation of your “good reason” for the refund request.
Refund Process:
KTALK will review your refund request within [Number] business days.
We may contact you for further information or clarification.
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within [10] business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
